I designed a custom presentation deck and marketing brochure for a commercial property located in Toronto’s high-end Yorkville retail district. Using a cohesive visual system established in the presentation, I extended the branding into the brochure to create a consistent, elevated look. The goal was to position the property as a luxury destination and appeal to prospective tenants in fashion, fine dining, and wellness industries.
